well toronto has some of the best pot in the world and is known as the next amsterdam, we have cafes where you can smoke weed in and buy weed edibles and drinks, and we have a cannabis cup every year, it is the most multi cultural city in the world, which is good. its big and busy, and there is always something to do, and lots of public transportation....like LOTS. The CN tower, toronto maple leafs, tonnes of concerts, and its close all the other cool cities.

mainly come for the weed and stay for the women...lol

HBA, ever thought of Seattle and surrounding areas? Lots of freethinkers, jobs, and excellent public transportation.

I lived several years in Toronto, and IMO it's not without its downsides. I found working there too much like being a tiny cog in a huge machine. I would recommend Montreal over Toronto any time. Vancouver is probably nicer to live in as well.

Have you considered some lesser-known cities like Austin TX? Never been there, but apparently it's a quite liberal city. There's a good atheist community there, and they even have an atheist public access show, Atheist Experience, which you can watch on Google video. I saw a couple episodes and it's pretty good.

How about an MPA (Masters of Public Administration). The school I'm going to in the Fall offers this course and more.

Evergreen MPA

It's a cardinal sin to NOT read your bullet points. To not read the bullet points makes people spend less time listening to the speaker and more time thinking, "Where the hell in this presentation is he?"

I'd imagine he's talking about literally reading the bullet points word for word. You should probably describe the bullet points and explain them in detail. The audience can read the bullet points for themselves.

it's a class called junior seminar, everyone must take this class to graduate and after they become juniors though some like me have waited until we were seniors.

I am not really sure what the point of the class is, . . .

Isn't that what college generally is?
