Wrong, the oldest religion worshipped the banana. Of course, Freud had to ruin it by saying that it was all phallic... |

Phallic? Bananas? Really? Oh dear, does that mean I'll have to cross bananas off my list as well as figs?
I was gonna say Freud also said "sometimes a cigar is just a cigar" except he didn't say that at all,merely wished he had.
PS For those who don't get the fig allusion:In Italian, the word for fig is "ficca" which is also slang for "vulva' .Hence a fig leaf covering the genitalia on a female statue is a visual pun.' |
