My hair is puffed out, my head is not, infact, oversized.
If I straighten my hair, or get it cut short, you would notice this.

Naw, its just in the awkward stage. As it gets longer my hair will pull its self down under its own weight, so it works out. Plus, even straightning it now will make it look normal.
But there is no way in hell im cutting my hair for the next 4 years. Sorry  .

Unless you fumbled your photograph or captured a horrid angle, (as there is a tilt) you have a huge skull regardless of your hair. Way off from the normal ratios. A sharp and narrow face with that isn't going to hide that large noggin of yours either so if you don't want to over exemplify that head of yours you'll need more weight in your face to go along with that long hair.
