Caffine is a neuro-stimulant. That's why some people get the shakes.

Eh - it wasn't so good for me. I was getting headaches 4 or 5 times a week. I cut the caffeine and now I get headaches rarely, if ever.

As a bodybuilder, caffeine is best if you cycle on/off of it for periods of time. Once your receptors are no longer saturated, it is one of the best fat loss supplements that ever existed.

Ohhh man, I'm just waiting for the day they find out smoking DOESN'T cause cancer. Sadly, that day won't come...

Just because it can be good doesn't mean it is no matter how much you have

I've been told the average Japanese smokes five times more than the average American and yet they still live longer than we do. The only problem with anything like that is that since there is so much anti-smoking, you'll never get an objective study to show whether diet or smoking actually is responsible for cancer like that.

But if that is true and Japanese do smoke more than us, I would bet diet plays a larger role than smoking in cancer.
