The Rick Copeland recalls reading a story of somebody having a 0.6, so he was skeptical. He had reason to be. The story is one of a man who had the highest BAC in th history of the state of Rhode Island...

a .10 used to be the legal limit for driving so thats not all that much. Most people would blow that after a few beers.

edit: oh if you blew that the next morning than ya you prob were fairly tanked the night before. well done as well.
