I watched it a few months ago and really enjoyed it. Complete fiction, of course, but it's a neat story and really challenges religious dogmas pretty well.

EDIT: Just finished. WELL worth the viewing, and interesting dialogue. The religious views were kinda silly, but no less believable than anything ive heard lately to be honest. I recommend everyone take a gander.

When this was first posted I started watching and tried to bear with the horrible acting. Ultimately I decided to go out drinking.

But you're saying it's worth a second look despite the cheesy acting? Or should I just get sloshed again?

The acting is super cheesy and so is some of the writing, but I think the plot makes it all worth it.
