I think so... I can't really know for sure because I don't have a scale, but it looks like it.

I've been trying this awesome new diet. It's called the "Don't Eat So Much, You Lard Ass" diet. It works wonders. Very Happy

i've tried that one... its almost as good as the "Get the Fuck Outside and Move Around a Little, you Greasy Tub of Lard" diet.
