Yeah, because you're stupid enough to believe that the middleman does nothing.

No
Because it would happen anyway-like drugs are soooo god damn illegal.
Legalising it would create benefits for both parties involved.
Nuff said |

This sounds somewhat self-contradictory...
The only judge of what is and isn't fair are the parties signing the contract, and coercing someone into signing one is (/should be) illegal anyway, so on what grounds should pimping be prohibited? _________________

actually a good point, if it was legal, which I do not agree but for the sake of argument, if it was, why would pimping be ilegal?
he is just a distributor.........whats the difference if it was legal, you can buy a home from a realtor that has 50 + houses or buy direct from the owner _________________ "Love Life" |

Why should it be illegal to sell something that it's perfectly legal to give away? _________________

Yeah, I fucked up. I was referring to street pimping, which, of course, wouldn't exist in the same form were prostitution completely legal. I of course, favor the abolition of all employer-employee relationships, but not through legal prohibition. For instance, ideally a prostitute could contract with a driver/referral/security service, but would essentially set his/her own service rates as an independent contractor, unless the prostitutes chose to form a worker co-op or trade guild. Prostitutes in Montreal have already formed a sort of rudimentary trade guild, at least according to a couple I had sex with. |
