I went to bed last night feeling fine only a slight cold. And I woke up at midnight with the worst double ear ache of my life. I almost jumped in the car and drove west traveling at at least 55 mph. but I figured with the price of gas I would be better off risking a cranial hemorrhage.
anybody else remember that episode?

i had an staph infection abscess about a year or two ago. THAT was weird... especially after they drained it... it was like a hard leather wallet under my skin until it went away. plus, just carrying around this internal tank of blood and puss is a little disconcerting. _________________ -=The Believer is Happy; the Skeptic is Wise=-

no, i loved X-Files... i just don't remember the episode you're referencing. whether this is because of poor clues or poor memory, i'm not sure! _________________ -=The Believer is Happy; the Skeptic is Wise=-

it probably wasn't one that made it to re-runs very often. As I remember it was a secret government program developing a sound based weapon. There was an accident and people in the area had severe pain in their ear that increased until blood and gore splattered out of their ear resulting in death. mulder figured it out right away and realized the solution was to drive west at 55 mph. Sadly, when he ran out of road at the pacific ocean the dude he was trying to save inner ear ended up making a mess of mulders car. Now if you ask me television just doesn't get better then that _________________ The Resident Theist
