That means you already ARE an atheist. Theists don't have so many doubts.
If you're already at the point where you think Judaism/Christianity is the only possibly true religion, please.... PLEASE read the bible. Thats all you have to do to disprove those religions.

Jkorath is wise,, read the bible , all of it. We mean ALL of it.. ALL of it. Dammit man, ALL of it. Don't skip the fuckin paragraph or the chapter, read the whole muther fuckin piece of shit, that will make you a non believer. You know who are really scary? People who HAVE read the whole thing, many times over, and are STILL believers.

Thanks for being more specific. Yes, you have to read it all, straight through, WITHOUT COACHING. You just GOTTA start with the old testament true. Don't even bother with the new testament, because it depends on the old. Disprove the old and you've disproven the new.
Caseagainstfaith:
A lot of those people haven't read it straight through without coaching and they go into it already believing its 100% true and infallible. Yeah, its still scary but it would be much worse if they weren't coached and didn't already think it was the 100% true word of god but still believed.
