I have admitted error many times before as you well know, and I will again. Can you say the same? Oh, that's right I forgot, you're never wrong.
I have never disputed that the "hockey stick" chart contained inaccuracies. I am disputing the level of those inaccuracies and the conclusions drawn by those who exaggerate their significance. Science should always be checked again and again, there is nothing wrong with that.

Yes.

Funny...just yesterday I intellectually kicked the shit outta Kevin McCullough for using that very same word: "inaccuracies". He used it as a substitute for "blatant lies and hysterical bullshit" regarding his column about the game "Mass Effect". You might have seen the Penny Arcade comic about it:

I am disputing that anyone has exaggerated anything here except you.

Nah, I knew you wouldn't get mad if you really believe that quote is relevant to global warming. That's the funny part. _________________ "Agnostics: Atheists without balls." -Stephen Colbert |

Hey, we each have our own sense of humor. Just like we have our own opinions, right? Many of yours I do agree with. Others, not so much. _________________ "Agnostics: Atheists without balls." -Stephen Colbert |

From what I have research, I tend to lean towards AGW. I am skeptical of both sides of the argument. I don't trust IPCC since it is induced with politics. There are many other reputable institutions and scientists that agree with AGW, but vary on the degree of human influence.
1998 was influenced by el nino. There was no el nino in 1934. One has to question if el nino's influence has been taken into consideration when determining the warmest year. Hansen believes that 2005 is the warmest year, followed by 1998. According to the Goddard Institute (where Hansen is the chief climatologist), the top five warmest years since the 1890's are:

I have no idea why 1934 is not mentioned. |

I would too. Especially about the OP's claim about the terrible data and shaky methodologies. Measuring GW is a difficult task with many obstacles, data collection and methodologies being two to of them.
If anyone has an insight of the flaws of GW data and methodologies, chime in. |

Global warming is not denied.
It's the whole "man-caused" aspect thats in contention.
