Is Armando some hot Italian boyfriend of yours?
Plus, Italian food has way too many carbs. You'll spoil your diet...unless you plan on just eating the Italian sausage straight up? |

I'd laugh if that wasn't such a horrible display of bigotry. _________________ ~ Let us be reasonable ~

That's okay, Moloth. That kind of thing happens all the time.

There's a really good low carb pasta out there called Dream Fields. The box says it only has 5 net carbs, but I don't know if I believe that. My keto results are always much lower after I've eaten it. Here's their website: http://www.dreamfieldsfoods.com/ I'm still waiting for my low carb potato! |

""How does Dreamfields make its pasta lower in carbohydrates?
Dreamfields Pasta is lower in digestible carbohydrates. What that means is that while the total number of carbohydrates is the same as typical pasta, our unique blend of dietary fibers and proteins protects all but about 5 grams of these carbohydrates from being digested. These protected, or "controlled," carbohydrates pass to the colon where they provide the health benefits of dietary fiber. ""
