Lots. I tend not to like what passes for modern R&B and modern country. Otherwise, I can't think of a genre where I don't like at least something. _________________ The whores and politicians will shout 'save us'...

damn you listen to lots of choir music. All the high notes from your music could go to power a small city for a period. _________________ A cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his fleshand drink his blood; while telepathically tell him you accept him as your master so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree.

The Rick Copeland does not understan. What exactly is this "power metal" and how does it differ from... Say speed metal or felch metal (that's for you, Flat Earth)? The Rick Copeland tends to listen to music as music. He can no more pin down why he likes certain music that he can point out why he finds a particular woman attractive. It might sound silly, but many of this these things are a total package deal with him... He listens to Flatt and Scruggs or The Butthole Surfers, or The Boredoms, or Doc Watson, or Professor Longhair (who The Rick Copeland has just discovered and loves. It's a crime this guy was relegated to being a janitor until he had a resurgence)

I'm open to all genres spanning all the way from heavy metal to the droning sounds of the sitar. I'll pretty much listen to anything that soothes the soul or stirs the imagination. Lately I've been into The Legendary Pink Dots, who have around 40 albums of obscure material, but Hallway of the Gods is one of my favorite albums. Their music is a sound experience that can sonically open the front lobe if you let it. All time favorites are Pink Floyd, Beatles, Radiohead, Doves, Hendrix, Black Sabbath, Nirvana, Yes, Tool, and The Flaming Lips. I have tickets to see Roger Waters and Radiohead live in May. _________________ This space is reserved for inarticulate meat puppets who have no true perspective outside the refuge of quotation marks.

You know, The Rick Copeland saw them play here in Salt Lake about fifteen years ago and they were surprisingly strong. If you get the chance to see them you should... _________________ “I think it’s also important for the President to lay out a timetable as to how long they will be involved and when they will be withdrawn.”

It's really not bad. Not heavy enough for me though. Vocals are good but the music isnt heavy enough. _________________ A cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his fleshand drink his blood; while telepathically tell him you accept him as your master so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree.

ok i will tell the rick-copland what exactly is power metal. power-metal is genre of heavy metal, but its very very fast, very melodic . vocals are clean and high. fast guitar and keyboard solos are used with extreme drumming. lyrics are always based on medieval epic wars, battles ,fantasy and history. allmost all of power metal comes from europe.! _________________ Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day; teach a man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime; give a man religion and he will die praying for a fish

Sweet! Did you enjoy their massive discography and collectables that they brought with them? Did they still have Ryan Moore when you saw them? _________________ This space is reserved for inarticulate meat puppets who have no true perspective outside the refuge of quotation marks.
