Philo's arguments are better than any christian's I have ever heard...if they were presented to me in a debate I might be stumped. That's a scary thought
Lots of credit to Romans though, it is a lot harder to pretend to not believe than to believe.
Question- Did Philo used to theist/christian? _________________ Came out of the changing room, and absolutely fuck all had changed.

I was a believer raised in a mixed Roman Catholic/Eastern Orthodox tradition. _________________ The whores and politicians will shout 'save us'...

Stick around, it's really just the same old tired, regurgitated stuff.
The "Don't have enough faith to be an atheist" argument is classic Way of the Master...in fact it's a book by Ray Comfort I think.
The arguments have been debunked over and over, which is why I couldn't bring myself to volunteer for this debate.
Kudos to both Philo and romans for having the stomach for this type of fight. |

That is not the point. Romans deserves the utmost respect for defending atheism and initiating this challenge. It will be pretty funny if he loses though. Go Philo! |

The Rick Copeland, as well as most others who have been hanging around Reggie-world for some the last few years are probably anticipating Greg using a very common, vet vicious, theist argument. He will not mention the type of argument until it comes. But many of us will recognize it...

Certainly. he is making probably the biggest effort to grasp atheism of any theist The Rick Copeland has seen hang out around here. Big props to the guy (assuming Romans is a "he")... _________________ “I think it’s also important for the President to lay out a timetable as to how long they will be involved and when they will be withdrawn.”

I find it kind of odd how he could defend atheism in a sort of dynamic way... philo obviously wont be bringing anything new the conversation. All of his arguments will be rehashes... so the defence of the arguments will be known.
Romans on the otherhand will have defended against virtually all of them and be held with at least a sort of textbook understanding of critical thinking...
If you reversed... the theist proposing the arguments can easily just ignore the reponses... but romans is the response now. Impossible to ignore.
I have a feeling romans may just question himself this way. _________________ A cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his fleshand drink his blood; while telepathically tell him you accept him as your master so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree.
