I just downloaded photoshop, and man, it's sweet. You guys should post some of your photoshop stuff and show me how it's done. As of right now, all I've gotten to learn is the gradient tool.

, but I use Paintshop Pro instead (yay to free crakz!...although I would never use an unlicensed program, of course).

Check out what I did to Mitt Romney. I did a video cover, a CNN page and an Amazon page. (((Ignore the spat between me and Jutter. It was just a misunderstanding))). I would guess a lot of the techniques between PSP and Photoshop are similar.

Gimp is the editor for me!!! completely free and very modable. Also, photoshop may be expensive, but there are *cough* bittorrent *cough* ways to enjoy it without a large investment ^^

Know what's really funny about the pope... the fact that he needs to be shuffled around with more protection then GW Bush. The american military is literally spending american tax dollars to pay for his protection. While catholicism has billions and billions stashed away in vatican city. If I were supreme commander of Canada and the poope came to Canada... first I'd debate whether to arrest him for his crimes... but second I'd make sure not a single government dollar went to protecting his ass anymore then Joe Schmo down in the ghetto. If he got shot and killed... then homicide can deal with it...

As for those of you whining about photoshop's cost. Ya I know eh. Seriously when I was looking to buy... it was like $1000 for straight up new install. Lame but meh I have the money.

But the next best thing has come to beta.

It's a free light version of photoshop. No demo running out or anything. No idea about the capabilities of it though.
