I wonder how fish do in zero gravity. If they survive, they can make the sushi fresh in space and there's no shelf-life problem.

well, water is heavy and bulky (hard to get into space) and fishes internal bladder system that controls their up and down, of course, gets all effed up.

maybe we'll meet some ichtyian-type aliens. maybe they'll taste good over rice and a dab of wasabi! Very Happy
