Need a way to minimize these freakin allergies

Resistance tests are bullshit...100% Human testimony is as worthless as prayer.
But I know you believe prayer works too so I'm wasting my breath.

There are many NATURAL things that do work. Morphine is from a plant for example. We know it works and WHY it works scientifically. So it is medicine. Now taking garlic for allergies is bullshit, even if you have a thousand human testimonials. Go to a Christian book store and you can find a gajillion books on how prayer works. It’s still bullshit. “It works, if it didn’t we couldn’t say so on TV”!

There is also a placebo affect. People attribute getting better to their chewing gum. That doesn’t mean the gum made them better.
They found water with the sticks….doesn’t mean the sticks did anything.
They got over cancer because they prayed. Nope, still bullshit.

Following chronic, repetitive bouts with sinus problems, I had surgery twice on my maxillary sinuses. Since the second operation , ten years ago, I've had few problems. Hopefully you will not get to this point, but I had tried many medications and procedures but could not get better. Allergies are still an issue but only moderately bothersome.

It seems a lot of people recommend Zyrtec. I might try that.

I have Nasonex, but whenever I use it, it just causes me to sneeze for an hour.

i feel your pain when it comes to allergies i have some mostly cats and dogs but as long as i wash my hands and dont tuch my face they dont bother me much. Seasonal allergies can be a different story though. Smoke used to irritate my allergies but now it helps more than anything

I used to give myself shots for my allergies,, miserable, some years I was unable to leave an air conditioned building.
Two things helped me. One was sitting at the bottom of a pool once or twice a week as deep as you can find. Compresses everything till you come up,, then have a hanky.
The other is,,well,, not a popular fix, but it worked for me for years,,don;t let anyone else see this but...(looks around) ,,um,,(looks under bed) smokin through yer nose...really......I stopped after a number of years but really, a good long hit through the nose stung but allieved the allergies fer a while.

i dont really have allergies. so i really have no purpose on posting minus to annoy other people who do and wish they didnt. Laughing
