Hello from Europe. I am glad I found this forum! Me and my wife are both hardcore Atheists and it can be such a pain listening to the god crowd! I guess from now on I can come here to vent 
Should I assume that most of you are from US? Feel sorry for you lot 
Edit- I forgot to add that I am a capitalist vegetarian atheist

aye.. I'm not only in the U.S... but also in Georgia.. the state that wanted to put warning labels about evolution on our science textbooks...

There is no need to feel sorry for us. Our country is very diverse and there are many great qualities about many of the places that we call home. While there are many places in the US that I would not fit into culturally, we all have the option to move elsewhere and there are many options. I chose to live where I am and there is no place I would rather be.

Don't worry I was not US bashing  That said I was reading an article which said that 60%+ Democrats would never vote for an atheist  I wonder what the % would be in western Europe.
