How dare he sell gas for .6% less than everybody else.

The spirit of the law was to keep large companies from deliberately underselling to drive small companies out of business since large companies can survive longer in or near the red than large ones.

At the least the order goes against the spirit of the law.

I wonder which large company tipped off their department of agriculture that this one guy was doing this?
