So, we come onto the subject of Charles Darwin and Natural Selection in Biology and all is going swimmingly. Explained fairly adequately to the class by our teacher and then...

He says that there's just enough evidence for and against Evolution.

Now. Don't get me wrong. He's a nice teacher. He told us to always question everything. But is this actually true? I always thought that Evolution was "pretty much fact". Does anyone here have anything to, well, show him up?

He's wrong. The only problem with evolution is that it has not been observed, but I will use the time old analogy, "It's like going to a crime scene. Seeing a dead body with a knife in the chest and a broken window and footprints that show a struggle occurred. It's obvious a murder took place, but we don't need to be there to see it."

I'd say just ask him what evidence there is against evolution.

All it would take to destroy the theory is a fossil out of place, say human fossils in the precambrian, or a nice Alberta point sticking out af a T-Rex skull.

Scientific fact, not fact.
