Why does it matter what his accounting budget says? Does it make any difference as to whether he makes $100/year or $1 million/year? Either way we're still benefiting from the sites, and enjoying the shows.

This is a business. There are a lot of projects IG would like to work on and develop, but he can't even properly be IG, because he needs to hire people, which he can't do with the current level of donations. He needs employees to handle the accounting, booking guests, promoting the IG brand, maintain and update the websites, etc.

Glad to hear it. I don't know about you, but I want IG and the Atheist Network to be as successful as possible so that we can get REAL freethought media into the mainstream. Right now it's just a fringe thing.

I don't see him here discussing ideas. I did notice a May '08 Fundraiser.

I also want to see success. I don't know about IG's other plans, but I wish him the best. All I am saying is that I will support this site, if need be. I am sure that other members will too. There is no need for him to into the "red" on this site. If he is, then I think we can chip in and provide support. |

I think he said he was put on probation or something like that. I don't think he should be banned per se, he used to be a very good participant here. I just think that by abusing mod powers he should have them revoked. Which I believe he has, at least temporarily.

aye thats what i wanted to happen, banning someone for making a mistake is a bit harsh and it would be better to try and keep long term members here instead of banning them
