You should see him on Arrested Development.
Not much poking fun at religion(only on occasion), but the character he plays is hilarious.
FOX cancelled the show after two seasons even though the show was critically acclaimed.
Not surprised, FOX cancels all of the shows that are actually entertaining.
Is FOX and FOX News run by two completely different firms?
FOX makes fun of religion all the time, while FOX News can't seem to get enough of it.
What's up with that?
The Simpsons and Malcolm in the Middle were really entertaining and didn't get cancelled. That 70s Show was also pretty good. What I like about Fox sitcoms is how little they resort to laugh tracks, which I take as a sign of respect for the audience and for the material, in spite of all the crappy, lowest common denominator stuff on Fox.
And yeah, Fox News and Fox are run by the same company. Presumably it's simply the fact that they target different demographics (Rupert Murdoch really is a hardcore conservative, I think, but for today's neocons, it goes without saying that making a buck goes before your principles, and we should be glad of that in this case).

Yay, I ripped that bit a long time ago for IG's Gold Member archives. Good to see somebody put it on YouTube, but too bad the quality kinda sucks. I deliberately ripped it to very low bitrate WMA or ASF (forgot which) to make for a fast download, but since YouTube reencodes everything, it's barely acceptable now. Oh well.

Mr. Show with Bob and David was hilarious.
I'm a big fan of sketch comedy, you can get some funny ideas forward if you only need 5 or 10 mins, but Mr. Show was great because they managed to segue the sketches together.
