A friend of mine let lent me two Tool CD's, Lateralus and 10,000 days. I tried to burn them, but they had a security feature that blocks this. Does anyone know how I could bypass this? How do I burn a CD with this protection feature on it? _________________ An artist sees beauty in a painting. I see beauty in a logical proof.

What software did you use to try burn the CDs? _________________ "The first principle is that you must not fool yourself - and you are the easiest person to fool" --- Richard P. Feynman

Try a ripper first, copy to your hard drive, and burn from there. Use Audiograbber or something, there's lots of free rippers...rip the CD to uncompressed WAV and then you can copy that to CD. Some of the extractors can get past the anti-burn coding, some can't.

Or just use DVDDecrypter to make an ISO, and then burn the ISO back to a blank disc.
Don't let the name fool you: it works on DVDs and CDs. Just set it to ISO Read mode to create the ISO, and then switch it to ISO Write mode to burn. _________________ aa #51, DNRC o-, Member of the [H]orde
