How do you become an administrator or a Moderator
I know it's not the number of post.

Our current policy is that any moderator can be an admin. And how does one become a mod? Essentially, one's invited when we need help. If you're eager to join, you can ask and the admins will discuss it.

Moderators fetch coffee for the admins. They also make copies and answer phones.
Moderators are given specific forums they can handle, and scan them periodically for maitainance. They delete double posts, move inappropriate topics, pin and unpin threads, etc.

can I choose forum I over look If picked?
How often would I have to be on here? I here every day is that enough?

I would pick the physcis or biology & genetics I post there often and love science.
