| I have some money, but I'm jobless and it's not enough money to count as rich or even well off.. |

Define rich. Some people say it's having a penny more than you have. |

Good question. I suppose 'rich' in any way that first comes to your mind. _________________ ~I'm waiting for the day when mankind will outgrow religion.

By what/whose standard?
Wiki has this graph to depict.
I think mostly it's relative to geographic location, but I'm not an economist. I'm also thinking that a person with food, TV, housing, and transportation making 15,000 living in Montana isn't in poverty, but I'm not an economist. Or a person living in Calif making 20,000 has food, TV, housing, transportation is in poverty, but I'm not an economist.
Final answer?

What about a person living with his parents with no job, education and only $850 in savings? |

Sounds like you're in the top 5% of the rich to me, but I'm not an economist. |

I'm in about $6,000 worth of debt. And, at the time of this writing, i have about $10 in my checking account.
Every month the debt goes down. I'm looking for a better paying job and i'm going to sell my car.
That'll pretty much knock it all out.
i'll be debt free and making money before my next birthday.
