Its really the same thing. Any religion that has a hell can be argued into passiveness using the Nash Equilibrium. Its actually pretty fun removing their teeth.....even if its just online haha! _________________ Composite things are like dreams. Fantasies. Bubbles. Thoughts. i'm sorry moloth but I think you misunderstand my meaning.
I don't mean "Do you wish there wenr't religious people" I mean "Do you want christian god to exist or any god" _________________ "If people are good only because they fear punishment, and hope for a reward, then we are a sorry lot indeed." Albert Einstein

Yeah I'm with Moloth. I checked "no" because "antitheist" sounds like you're a jihadist for atheism bent on ridding the world of theists.
I do see a difference between being against theists and against theism though. One's a person, the other is an ideology, and I'm against the ideology and not the people that have been brainwashed against their will. That sounds more like antitheism. _________________ "Faith is often the boast of the man who is too lazy to investigate." - F.M. Knowles

it may sound bad but look at the meaning, antitheist doesn't mean you are againest theist it mean you don't want there to be a god. _________________ "If people are good only because they fear punishment, and hope for a reward, then we are a sorry lot indeed." Albert Einstein

well, i apologize.. those terms confuse me.
I just wanted to be clear about what i was "anti-" about.
If there were a god or gods, i think it would be awesome of they were D&D deities. Heck, you could pray to them and get magical powers! you heal people, cure diseases, and even directly ASK your deity questions.. and get answers! _________________ -=The Believer is Happy; the Skeptic is Wise=-

From my understanding about the word it seems that you are a antitheist because you don't want yehwah to exist.

I'm not an antitheist, as many who've observed my recent behavior on these boards can vouch for.
People believe a lot of silly things. So what, beyond the pure asthetics of the matter? Religion's just the main forerunner in the plethora of silly beliefs that are held by people and can cause harm. And those are the criteria which make me attack. But religion qua religion? Meh - whatever. They're wrong, and I will debate those who hold wrong views just for shits and giggles. But do I go after religion in particular? No. I only "force" my views upon those who are wrong and can do serious damage with their wrongness. Nothing more. _________________ The whores and politicians will shout 'save us'...
