A new generation of critics led by 30-year-old Brian Sapient of an organization called the Rational Response Squad have taken their crusade online. Sapient and others recently posted several video clips to YouTube demonstrating how Geller allegedly uses simple sleight of hand in his act.

This was on the front page of the SF Chronicle's Business section.

IIRC, Uri Geller has never won any of his litigation attempts, and he's sued some of the most random things around. He sued Nintendo for making a psychic pokemon that shared a very vague resemblance to him, and he sued IKEA for making a line of furniture with a name that sounded like his. And of course, we all know he tried unsuccessfully to sue James Randi, who totally exposed him.

yeah the catch is that if you are poor, you might be scared to piss him off because you can't afford a lawyer. thank goodness for watchdog groups helping out those who need defended.

I think uri should be jailed for his frivolous suing of everything in sight.
