Maybe we can start a link similar to the myspace list?

Facebook can kiss my hairy ass, my experience with these kind of ego temples are all but nice. Hate 'em.

It's on of the nicest featured and I believe is the second most popular social networking site in the US and gaining. It's much nicer than the crap the myspace swills at its users.

As it is, I don't get much functionality out of MySpace, except bulletin board spam. What utility I would get out of this site?

If that's all you use myspace for then I imagine social networking sites aren't for you.

My facebook is confidential for now. Real life peoples only and such. Razz

As for the naysayers of facebook and social networking: this is one of the best and most utilitarian schemes. They also seem to be the most progressive, as they've opened up their API and provide all sorts of real security features.

I use MySpace to keep in touch with and send messages to people I know, as well as learn more about them. I haven't found MySpace very good for meeting new people. Most people don't have crap for interests, and interest groups are not easy to locate, let alone local interest groups.

Further, it's AMAZING to me how many models are all over MySpace. Every chick is hot and has a round butt, and every guy has chiseled 6 pack abs. Rolling Eyes

I find they serve two purposes. One, they are good way to keep track and contact of many distant friends all at once. Getting a myspace/social networking link is better than a phone number in picking up women. You can learn more about them and chicks will give out their address without batting an eye. Very Happy

Which is why it's a great follow up to say, "Write down your phone number too". They'll almost always do it without hesitating. Afro

I find Facebook much more utilitarian than mySpace. You can find me by searching for "Rhett Greenfield."
