I want to know what so friggin' special about this site first. _________________ ~ Let us be reasonable ~

Facebook can kiss my hairy ass, my experience with these kind of ego temples are all but nice. Hate 'em. _________________ "The first principle is that you must not fool yourself - and you are the easiest person to fool" --- Richard P. Feynman

It's on of the nicest featured and I believe is the second most popular social networking site in the US and gaining. It's much nicer than the crap the myspace swills at its users. _________________ MY YouTube Videos

As it is, I don't get much functionality out of MySpace, except bulletin board spam. What utility I would get out of this site? _________________ Namaste,

If that's all you use myspace for then I imagine social networking sites aren't for you. _________________ MY YouTube Videos

My facebook is confidential for now. Real life peoples only and such.
As for the naysayers of facebook and social networking: this is one of the best and most utilitarian schemes. They also seem to be the most progressive, as they've opened up their API and provide all sorts of real security features. _________________ everything is changing

I use MySpace to keep in touch with and send messages to people I know, as well as learn more about them. I haven't found MySpace very good for meeting new people. Most people don't have crap for interests, and interest groups are not easy to locate, let alone local interest groups.
Further, it's AMAZING to me how many models are all over MySpace. Every chick is hot and has a round butt, and every guy has chiseled 6 pack abs. _________________ Namaste,

I find they serve two purposes. One, they are good way to keep track and contact of many distant friends all at once. Getting a myspace/social networking link is better than a phone number in picking up women. You can learn more about them and chicks will give out their address without batting an eye. _________________ MY YouTube Videos

Which is why it's a great follow up to say, "Write down your phone number too". They'll almost always do it without hesitating. _________________ Namaste,

I find Facebook much more utilitarian than mySpace. You can find me by searching for "Rhett Greenfield."
