Well all the dudes who used to be in our Empire got independence, and then screwed it up and spent all their time fighting wars against each other. Then they blamed colonialism for all their problems. So they still hate us.
Also the Welsh hate us, because we're better than them.
Ditto the Scots. |

ugh... yeah. The US has had a taste of that. Liberia, anyone? and soon, Iraq.
