Doing a fine job. What's the method to your madness?
Losing weight is an extremely difficult task to efficiently start and progress. Low carb/low cal/fish/turkey/yogurt/chicken/veggies/wraps and smoking pot before running really increases efficiency for me. |
The funny thing is the military doesnt give a shit what you eat. Infact the only thing they care about is that you DO eat. You can eat icecream only at all meals if you feel like it. Yet they will make you lose loads of fat.
Wake up 5am. 5km jog. eaten by 8am. then gym by 8:15 and you pump weights until 10:30. Eat at 11:15. 11:30 full ruck going for march... It can last a long time. Drill class after that is over with.
The 5km jog is fun to watch though I never ever joined them. It can be -5 celcius outside and they are in a tshirt and shorts; because they are so fat and are jogging so fast.

I loved army food: fresh, plenty of variety, best quality.and plenty of it.
Yet,in two years I lost 20 pounds. (probably all that volley ball)
I'm 5'11' . When I left, I weighed 9 stone (126lb or 57 kg)
Today? 200lb ( over 14 stone, or 90kg) |
