The DEA can have you arrested for posssion if it's in your bloodstream. By then they have probable cause to search your home, your computer, etc, etc etc.
If they are looking for something they WILL find it....even if they have to bring it with. |

can the DEA really take a blood sample, cops in the UK cant even take a mouth swab without your permission lol
although i think Tony Blair may have changed this, not to sure about that
besides if you say you smoked it in a country were its legal can they still charge you on possession since that seems very harsh _________________

The DEA cannot take a blood sample without your permission. It's an invasion of privacy. _________________ Above the hive, beyond the lynch mob, where two and two always make four. |

It is, but law enforcement can take a blood sample from you if they've got a warrant. Do you remember 'No Refusal Weekend' here in Houston?

And I seriously doubt recreational drug users would have to worry about the DEA beating down their door, rifling through their shit and arresting them for possession. The DEA's main focus is where the real cash is--the large drug rings, money laundering operations and smuggling.
I'm a strict Drug Enforcement Advocate, hence the cap. _________________ This space is reserved for inarticulate meat puppets who have no true perspective outside the refuge of quotation marks.

LOL the judge in that article that agreed to try the cases is the most notoriously harsh DWI judge in harris county. I know this because he is the judge for my friend who is on probation right now for a DWI, and has had a couple of hiccups along the way. He doesnt mess around. _________________ A liberal is a conservative who has been arrested. A conservative is a liberal who has been mugged.
