fine, FINE...
my main objection to your humor is that you do not make it clear enough that you ARE, indeed, doing for lulz, and not to be a jerk.
for people who know it, its hilarious. for people who are subjected to it unknowing of its source, it can be... frustrating and insulting.

Some stouts, yes.
Also ales, and Heffe's and just about all German wheat beers. Brewing is what made me fall in love with a good wheat beer. I tell ya most Americans don't know what their missing!
Also, the twin 2.5g carboys are Mead. Aging it for a year, and it will be ready to bottle out of secondary this july finally. One is a Melomel and the other a classic Sweet Mead made in the medieval style. |
